    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the end-to-end production of commissioned artworks — from approved concepts to fabrication, QC, and final preparation for installation.
    • Coordinate with artists, craftspeople, and external studios to ensure deliverables meet Drawdeck+ standards and client expectations.
    • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, fabricators, and framing specialists.
    • Ensure all production partners meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of materials: canvas, paper, textiles, metals, wood, acrylics, ceramics, pigments, finishes, and framing systems.
    • Work closely with art consultants, designers, and digital artists to align production with creative vision.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in art production, fabrication, visual arts, or creative manufacturing.
    • Strong technical understanding of art materials and fabrication processes.
    • Experience managing suppliers, artists, and multi-stage production workflows.
    • Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and evaluate prototypes.
    • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
