We are seeking an experienced Art Production Supervisor to oversee the full production lifecycle of commissioned artworks and art packages. This role ensures every piece is produced to the highest standard, aligns with the creative direction, and is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production of commissioned artworks — from approved concepts to fabrication, QC, and final preparation for installation.
- Coordinate with artists, craftspeople, and external studios to ensure deliverables meet Drawdeck+ standards and client expectations.
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers, fabricators, and framing specialists.
- Ensure all production partners meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of materials: canvas, paper, textiles, metals, wood, acrylics, ceramics, pigments, finishes, and framing systems.
- Work closely with art consultants, designers, and digital artists to align production with creative vision.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in art production, fabrication, visual arts, or creative manufacturing.
- Strong technical understanding of art materials and fabrication processes.
- Experience managing suppliers, artists, and multi-stage production workflows.
- Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and evaluate prototypes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
