    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement product strategies centered on artist IPs across various entertainment formats.
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IP-related merchandise and content, from conception to market.
    • Collaborate closely with artists, creative teams, designers, and marketing divisions to ensure cohesive product launches.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation.
    • Ensure all IP-based products maintain high quality standards and align with CJ ENM’s brand identity.
    • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for artist IP product initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in product planning, merchandising, or brand management, specifically within the entertainment or media industry.
    • Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, licensing, and artist brand development.
    • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global entertainment environment.
