Key Responsibilities
- Safely identify and remove asbestos-containing materials from various sites.
- Adhere strictly to all national and company health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Set up and dismantle containment areas according to industry best practices.
- Operate specialized equipment for asbestos abatement and waste handling.
- Ensure proper bagging, sealing, and disposal of asbestos waste.
- Perform thorough clean-up and decontamination of work areas after removal.
Requirements
- Proven experience in asbestos removal or a related construction/demolition field.
- Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when required.
- Physical fitness to perform demanding manual labor.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Valid certification for asbestos removal (if applicable in Luxembourg).
