Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert regulatory advice and support to asset management clients.
- Monitor and analyze new and evolving financial services regulations at EU and national levels.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of robust regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Support clients with regulatory reporting obligations and governance matters.
- Conduct in-depth research on various regulatory topics impacting the asset management industry.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in asset management or financial services regulation.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourgish and EU financial regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical advice.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French and/or German is a significant asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
