Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Concierge in managing daily operations and leading the concierge team.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized and exceptional guest services, exceeding expectations.
- Handle complex guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide expert recommendations.
- Oversee the coordination of guest transportation, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Train and mentor concierge staff to uphold Wynn’s high standards of service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge or front office role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Profound knowledge of Ras al-Khaimah and UAE attractions, dining, and cultural offerings.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, discreet service.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to service excellence.
