Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile ledger accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably as an Assistant Financial Controller or similar.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
