Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations & HR departments.
• Create and manage budgets, analyze financial data, control costs, and maximize profits.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate staff; foster collaboration between teams and management.
• Develop and execute business plans, set operational goals, and report to senior executives.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must hold a Graduate Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience within the Tiles or Sanitaryware industry.
