Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive daily operations of the Italian and Seafood restaurant outlets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, inventory, and revenue generation for assigned outlets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, hygiene, and luxury brand service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop menus and maintain culinary excellence.
  • Actively engage with guests, addressing feedback and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel or stand-alone restaurant management, specifically with Italian or Seafood concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop large teams.
  • Strong business acumen, including proficiency in financial management and operational analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving operational needs.
