Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in guest relations or front office roles, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising a team.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
