Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in using learning technologies and MS Office Suite.
