    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts for the distribution business and all pharmacy outlets.
    • Reconcile general ledger, sub-ledgers, and intercompany accounts.
    • Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.
    • Manage daily sales reconciliation from POS systems across all pharmacy branches.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and coordinate external & internal audits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications preferred.
    • 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience in pharmaceutical distribution or retail pharmacy operations in the UAE (mandatory).
    • Strong understanding of UAE VAT, inventory accounting, and pharmacy POS systems.
    • Experience with ERP systems (NAVISION, SAP or similar).
