Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and luxury standards are consistently met.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring efficient stock control.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
