Aldhafra Resort, Vignette Collection, by IHG is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager/F&B Manager in the daily operations of the outlet. The role ensures excellent guest service, team performance, and operational compliance while helping to drive revenue and maintain service quality. The Assistant takes full responsibility for the outlet’s management in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in the efficient daily operation of the outlet.

• Take full responsibility for the outlet’s management in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in a supervisory or management role in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience & service excellence.
• Proficiency in POS and reservation systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, Seven Rooms).
