Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage and train pool staff, including lifeguards and attendants, to deliver excellent service.
- Implement and enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest well-being.
- Monitor water quality and maintain proper chemical balance according to health standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool operations management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and first aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
