Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall reinsurance operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing reinsurance treaties, placements, and claims processes.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting related to reinsurance activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external reinsurers for smooth workflow.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of reinsurance strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of reinsurance accounts.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reinsurance operations within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
