Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in supervising daily operations of the assigned outlet.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service and satisfaction in line with Four Seasons standards.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to achieving operational targets, including revenue and cost control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
