    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Outlet Manager in supervising daily operations of the assigned outlet.
    • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service and satisfaction in line with Four Seasons standards.
    • Train, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
    • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Contribute to achieving operational targets, including revenue and cost control.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
