    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
    • Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in consultancy, project coordination, project management, or site operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist SPM/PM with daily task planning, team coordination, and project tracking.
    • Support monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and compliant execution.
    • Facilitate communication across teams and relay updates from the SPM/PM.
    • Help resolve issues and escalate challenges where necessary.
    • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
    • Contribute to departmental strategies and small project coordination.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in consultancy, project coordination, project management, or site operations.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to AutoCAD, InDesign, and data-management tools is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
