    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and ensure cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and talent acquisition trends.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
    • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus.
