Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and ensure cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus.
