Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily service and maintenance operations for marine engines and systems.
• Ensure timely completion of high-quality overhauls, repairs, and installations.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of skilled service technicians.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services rendered.
• Coordinate closely with the sales department for effective post-sales support and technical solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company operational protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marine engineering service or a closely related field, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong technical expertise in marine engines, turbochargers, propulsion systems, and control systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
