Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate store associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and store appearance is impeccable.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
- Train and develop new and existing team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
