Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in providing excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and take initiative to increase business.
• Manage and implement all sales promotions.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Implement and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Diploma or High School Certificate required.
• Qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience.
• Excellent to fluent English.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
