    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
    • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Assist senior attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including discovery and witness preparation.
    • Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
    • Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances as required.
    • Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission.
    • Demonstrated experience as an attorney, preferably in litigation.
    • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Strong oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
