Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist senior attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including discovery and witness preparation.
- Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances as required.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission.
- Demonstrated experience as an attorney, preferably in litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
