Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT department’s strategic planning and daily operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection across all platforms.
- Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, database management, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead a technical team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or retail F&B sector is highly advantageous.
