Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements in quality and security.
- Support client engagements by analyzing data and contributing to solutions in risk management.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and enhance security frameworks and compliance programs.
- Stay updated on evolving AML regulations and security threats to advise clients effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Associate or in a similar role within Quality, Risk, Security, or AML.
- Strong understanding of financial crime compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
