Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements in quality and security.
  • Support client engagements by analyzing data and contributing to solutions in risk management.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and enhance security frameworks and compliance programs.
  • Stay updated on evolving AML regulations and security threats to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Associate or in a similar role within Quality, Risk, Security, or AML.
  • Strong understanding of financial crime compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
