Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective HR solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a large, dynamic organization.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment laws.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust with employees and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex HR challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
