    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a large, dynamic organization.
    • Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment laws.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust with employees and leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex HR challenges.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
