    Key Responsibilities

    • Support clients in product discovery, strategy, and delivery initiatives.
    • Act as an interim Product/Program Manager or Product Ops for various clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
    • Rapidly onboard and integrate into diverse client team environments.
    • Contribute to accelerating client transformation through bar-raising product practices.
    • Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the Product People community.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in product management roles (2+ years preferred).
    • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in interim or fractional capacities.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
