Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in product discovery, strategy, and delivery initiatives.
- Act as an interim Product/Program Manager or Product Ops for various clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Rapidly onboard and integrate into diverse client team environments.
- Contribute to accelerating client transformation through bar-raising product practices.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the Product People community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management roles (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in interim or fractional capacities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
