Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful closure of civil construction projects.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with project engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to optimize project delivery.
• Monitor project progress diligently, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive corrective measures.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Prepare detailed project reports and provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil construction management, preferably within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Strong understanding of various construction methodologies, materials, and advanced safety protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using project management software and standard Microsoft Office Suite applications.
