Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Ensure audit procedures comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
  • Review audit workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to clients and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Audit Manager or Senior Manager, preferably with 10+ years in public practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISAs, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
