Requirements
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail motor vehicles sales and customer service best practices.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
