Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices.
• Respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment.
• Ensure orders match packing slips.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
