Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize digital presence and engagement.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and agency relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with banking regulations in all digital communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in digital and social media management, preferably in the banking/financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving digital trends.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
