In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections strategy and operations, ensuring effective recovery processes and maintaining strong portfolio health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collections team, ensuring high performance and adherence to targets.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies and policies.
• Monitor and analyze collection portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize collection processes and minimize losses.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in collections, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant collection software and data analysis tools.
