Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of beverages and bar supplies efficiently.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain an inviting, clean, and efficient bar environment for guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a bar supervision or a similar leadership role within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mixology, and bar operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
