Key Responsibilities

Supervise bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery. Manage inventory and stock levels for the bar. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the bar area. Assist in training and developing bar team members. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel setting. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work seasonal hours, including evenings and weekends.
