Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to join their Food & Beverage team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide array of beverages, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and coffees.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests within the establishment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology techniques, and current drink trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in Food & Beverage.
