Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all assigned brands and categories.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the sales floor is well-maintained.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and manage inventory as needed.
