Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests efficiently with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages, newspapers, and packages to guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and concierge teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar guest service or hotel bellboy role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage safely and efficiently.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
