Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Baggage Handling System (BHS) Integrated Control Systems (ICS).
- Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, ensuring high performance and skill development.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for BHS ICS equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, operational procedures, and client requirements.
- Oversee system upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to deliver effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably within BHS or complex control systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles related to facilities services and integrated control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
