Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle from qualification to submission, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop high-quality, persuasive, and compliant bid proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, technical, legal, and other internal teams to gather necessary inputs.
- Ensure all bids adhere to company standards and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid content and templates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bid management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple demanding deadlines.
- Proficiency in proposal development software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
