Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all bids adhere to company standards and client specifications.

  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid content and templates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple demanding deadlines.
  • Proficiency in proposal development software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
