Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all customer billing and invoicing activities accurately and on time.
- Post accounts receivable transactions to the general ledger and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and other financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
