Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in accordance with project standards.
- Ensure thorough coordination of mechanical BIM models with other engineering disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Generate precise 2D drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
- Actively participate in design reviews and collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
- Adhere strictly to Egis’s established quality standards and project deadlines.
- Support the design team in implementing BIM best practices and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a specialization in mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software, such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of mechanical system design principles and applicable building codes.
- Ability to accurately interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects is essential.
