Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in accordance with project standards.
• Ensure thorough coordination of mechanical BIM models with other engineering disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Generate precise 2D drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Actively participate in design reviews and collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Adhere strictly to Egis’s established quality standards and project deadlines.
• Support the design team in implementing BIM best practices and workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a specialization in mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software, such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical system design principles and applicable building codes.
• Ability to accurately interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects is essential.
