Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and control devices to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other technicians for system upgrades and integration projects.
- Generate reports on system functionality, maintenance activities, and energy consumption.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BMS Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational certificate in automation, electronics, or a related field.
