Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within fragrance or high-end fashion.
• Strong event management and execution skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury retail environment.
• A deep passion for luxury products and an understanding of customer service excellence.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
