Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to achieve performance targets and uphold service excellence.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the branch meets its revenue goals and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure the branch adheres to all operational policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure proper product merchandising.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch management or a similar supervisory role within the beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and enhance customer experience.
• In-depth understanding of the beauty and wellness industry trends and services.
