Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Design engaging marketing materials, including digital ads, website graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and HR teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
- Create compelling brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Happl brand narrative and visual language.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for various internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment (5+ years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand design projects and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Excellent understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual designs.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
