Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for assigned consumer electronics categories.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, brands, and suppliers, negotiating commercial terms.
- Define pricing strategies and plan promotional activities in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Forecast demand and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Provide category insights, sales tools, and training to improve sell-through.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Category Management/Vendor Management in Consumer Electronics.
- Strong understanding of category management principles and objectives.
- MBA/ Engineering Degree.
- Advanced understanding in Distribution Business.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE market in Consumer Durable products.
- Experience with consumer electronics product distribution in UAE market.
