Job Overview
Apside, a leading European IT services and consulting company, is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic Digitalization of Archives Program in the Geneva Metropolitan Area. This role will focus on safeguarding critical archives and defining long-term digital preservation solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with IT teams (solution architects, integrators, product owners) to design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of digital archiving solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate features and ensure business alignment.
- Prepare and deliver user documentation and training materials.
- Assist project/program managers with defining scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder consensus and decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven expertise in Information Management Governance and Long-Term Digital Preservation.
- Strong analytical ability to gather, interpret, and formalize requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience leading workshops, presentations, and discussions.
- Solution-driven mindset with ability to manage competing priorities.
