Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed use cases, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate proposed solutions and system changes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users on new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a technology, HR, or recruitment platform environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in various requirements gathering tools and established methodologies.
• A solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile project management principles.
