Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power Platform solutions within the banking sector.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Implement and optimize data models to support analytical needs and business intelligence.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking industry regulations, security standards, and governance policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial regulations, and data structures.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data engineering and data science concepts in a practical setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
