Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to the cargo or logistics domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation tools, and process modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with various IT project lifecycle methodologies and their application.
